对国内医药包装领域普遍使用的5个牌号进口溴化丁基橡胶产品,包括ExxonMobil公司生产的医药专用产品2211、7211和通用产品2222,Arlanxeo公司的2030和NKNK公司的232等进行了系统分析,涉及微观结构,分子量及其分布,助剂、金属元素、残留溶剂等的含量,以及超纯水提取液的浊度和紫外吸收度等,并针对医药包装用溴化丁基橡胶产品的性能和质量要求进行了相关说明。最后指出,国内生产企业可以通过对比进口产品,寻找存在的差距并进行深入研究和优化改进,以推动医用溴化丁基橡胶国产化进程。

Five brands of imported brominated butyl rubber products used widely in domestic drug packaging field, including the medical products 2211, 7211 and general products 2222 made by ExxonMobil, 2030 from Arlanxeo and 232 from NKNK, were systematically analyzed, involving microstructure, molecular weight and its distribution, content of additives, metal elements and residual solvents, as well as turbidity and ultraviolet absorption of extracting solutions by ultrapure water. The performance and quality requirements of brominated butyl rubber products for drug packaging were also introduced or explained. Finally, it was pointed out that domestic manufacturers could promote the localization process of medical brominated butyl rubber by in-depth study and optimization of the existing gaps between domestic and imported products.
