采用卤素水分仪检测丁腈橡胶中挥发分含量并与热辊法检测结果进行对比,考察了不同检测条件对卤素水分仪检测结果的影响。结果表明,使用卤素水分仪,既可通过预设干燥时间法,又可通过预设质量损失法检测丁腈橡胶生胶中的挥发分含量;在样品质量3 g、干燥温度110 ℃、预设加热时间8 min或预设质量损失1/140 mg/s的适宜条件下,检测结果与热辊法较为一致。该方法缩减了检测时间、操作简便,可用于快速指导实际生产。
Abstract:
The volatile content in nitrile rubber was measured by halogen moisture meter and compared with the results obtained by the hot-roll method. The influence of different measurement conditions on the measured results of the halogen moisture meter was investigated. The results showed that using the halogen moisture meter, the volatile content in nitrile rubber raw rubber could be measured by both the preset drying time method and preset mass loss method. Under suitable conditions such as sample mass of 3 g, drying temperature of 110 ℃, preset heating time of 8 min, or preset mass loss of 1/140 mg/s, the measured results were consistent with the hot-roll method. This method reduced measure time, was easy to operate, and could be used to guide quickly actual production.
