摘要:
研究了膨胀型阻燃剂聚磷酸三聚氰胺(MPP)/季戊四醇(PER)对天然橡胶(NR)硫化胶的阻燃性能、热稳定性能、残炭形貌及力学性能的影响。结果表明,MPP/PER对NR硫化胶具有很好的阻燃效果,能有效提高NR复合材料的极限氧指数和热稳定性能,降低NR硫化胶的热释放速率,使NR硫化胶的燃烧过程变得稳定;当MPP/PER燃烧时可在NR硫化胶表面形成连续、致密且可隔绝氧气和热量的膨胀炭层;增加MPP/PER的总加入量会对NR硫化胶的力学性能造成一定的负面影响。
Abstract:
The effect of intumescent flame retardant, melamine pyrophosphate (MPP)/pentaerythritol (PER) on the flame retardancy, thermal stability, carbon residue morphology and mechanical properties of natural rubber (NR) vulcanizates were studied. The results showed that MPP/PER had a good flame retardant effect on NR vulcanizates, and could effectively improve limiting oxygen index and thermal stability of NR vulcanizates, reduce the heat release rate of NR vulcanizates, and stabilize the combustion process of NR vulcanizates. When MPP/PER was burned, a continuous expanding and dense carbon layer which could isolate oxygen and heat would be formed on the surface of NR vulcanizates. The increase in the total addition amount of MPP/PER would have a certain negative effect on mechanical properties of NR vulcanizates.
