以纳米级层状硅酸盐强威粉KTC为增强填料、丁基橡胶(IIR)和聚丙烯(PP)为基体,采用动态硫化方法制备了IIR/PP热塑性动态硫化胶(TPV),研究了KTC用量对TPV的力学性能、热性能和结晶性能、耐老化性能及微观形貌的影响。结果表明,随着KTC用量的增加,IIR/PP TPV的拉伸强度先增大后减小,当KTC用量为30份(质量)时,拉伸强度达到最大值,老化后力学性能具有较高的保持率,老化前后拉伸强度变化趋势相同;KTC对PP相的结晶有促进作用,随着KTC用量的增加,IIR/PP TPV的玻璃化转变温度和结晶温度升高;当KTC用量不大于30份时,其均匀取向插入IIR/PP TPV中,而当KTC用量继续增加时,则出现明显的团聚现象。
Abstract:
Thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizates (TPV) was prepared by dynamic vulcanization with nano-layered silicate StronWi powder KTC as reinforcing filler, butyl rubber (IIR) and polypropylene (PP) as matrix. The effect of amount of StronWi powder KTC on mechanical, thermal and crystallization properties, aging resistance and microstructure of IIR/PP TPV were studied. The results showed that with the increase of amount of KTC, the tensile strength of the TPV increased first and then decreased. The maximum tensile strength was reached when the amount of KTC was 30 phr. The mechanical properties of TPV had a higher retention rate after aging, and the change trend of tensile strength after aging was the same as that before aging. KTC could promote the crystallization behavior of PP. With the increase of amount of KTC, the glass transition temperature and crystallization temperature of TPV increased. When the amount of KTC was not more than 30 phr, KTC inserted into TPV with uniform orientation. When the amount of KTC continued to increase, the aggregation was obvious.
