将不同门尼黏度的再生胶替代乘用车胎胎面胶配方中的全部芳烃油和部分炭黑,考察了再生胶的门尼黏度和炭黑替代比例对胎面胶硫化特性、物理机械性能、耐老化性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,再生胶与炭黑的替代质量比为5/1时,胎面胶具有较好的物理机械性能和耐老化性能;与高门尼黏度再生胶相比,添加低门尼黏度再生胶的胎面胶硫化效率高、拉伸性能较好;在耐磨性能相当的情况下,高、低门尼黏度再生胶均能降低胎面胶的滚动阻力。
Abstract:
Reclaimed rubbers with different Mooney viscosity were used to replace all the aromatic oil and part of carbon black in the formula of passenger car tyre tread compounds. The effects of Mooney viscosity and carbon black replacement ratio of reclaimed rubber on curing characteristics, physical and mechanical properties, aging resistance and dynamic mechanical properties of tread vulcanizates were investigated. The results showed that when the replacement mass ratio of reclaimed rubber to carbon black was 5/1, the tread vulcanizates had better physical and mechanical properties and aging resistance. Compared with high Mooney viscosity reclaimed rubber, the tread vulcanizate with low Mooney viscosity reclaimed rubber had higher curing efficiency and better tensile properties. Both high and low Mooney viscosity reclaimed rubber could reduce the rolling resistance of tread vulcanizates, while the wear resistance was maintained.
