摘要:
采用1-丁基-3甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体对石墨烯表面进行功能化修饰,用溶液共混法将离子液体改性石墨烯(IG)填入热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)制备IG/TPU复合材料,并考察了IG用量对IG/TPU复合材料形状记忆性能的影响。结果表明,纯TPU没有表现出光响应形状记忆性能,在激光照射下几乎没有回复。而IG的加入能显著提高IG/TPU复合材料的光响应形状记忆性能,且随着IG质量分数的增加,形状回复加快,复合材料的形状记忆性能越好。当IG质量分数为0.5%时,其形状记忆性能达到最佳,激光照射2.0 s回复角就能达到123.7°,相比于纯TPU提高了99.4°。
