摘要:
采用湿法混炼工艺制备了炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料,研究了腰果酚用量对复合材料门尼黏度、力学性能和耐磨性能等的影响。结果表明,腰果酚能降低炭黑/天然橡胶复合母胶的初始门尼黏度,有效抑制母胶硬化,利于母胶储存;腰果酚能提高炭黑在胶料中的分散性,改善胶料的加工性能,缩短其硫化时间;适量腰果酚能提高硫化胶的定伸应力和硬度,同时降低混炼胶的Payne效应和硫化胶的损耗因子,进而提高胶料的耐磨性能、降低压缩疲劳生热。
Abstract:
Carbon black/natural rubber compo-sites were prepared by wet mixing process, and the effects of cardanol amount on Mooney viscosity, mechanical properties and wear resistance were stu-died. The results showed that cardanol could reduce the initial Mooney viscosity of carbon black/natural rubber composite masterbatch, so as to effectively inhibit the hardness of masterbatch and facilitate the storage of masterbatch. Cardanol could improve the dispersion of carbon black in the compound, improve the processing performance of the compound, and shorten the vulcanization time. An appropriate amount of cardanol could improve the modulus and hardness of vulcanizate, and reduce the Payne effect of compound and loss factor of vulcanizate, thus improving wear resistance and reducing compression heat build-up of the composite.
