从硫化体系角度出发,探讨了过氧化物硫化体系、硫黄硫化体系和过氧化物/硫黄复合硫化体系对医用异戊橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,与硫黄硫化体系和过氧化物硫化体系相比,过氧化物/硫黄复合硫化体系橡胶的转矩差有所增大、交联密度上升,物理机械性能也得到了较好的改善,说明过氧化物与硫黄对异戊橡胶产生了协同增强的效果;随着过氧化物与硫黄质量比的增大,硫化胶的弹性提高、压缩永久变形减小,并且当过氧化物与硫黄的质量比为5/1时硫化胶的综合性能较为优异;经过化学检测,所有配方的硫化胶均满足医用材料的使用要求。

From the perspective of vulcanization system, the effects of peroxide vulcanization system, sulfur vulcanization system and peroxide/sulfur complex vulcanization system on the properties of medical isoprene rubber were discussed. The results showed that the torque difference of rubbers in the peroxide/sulfur composite vulcanization system increased, the crosslinking density increased, and the physical and mechanical properties were also improved compared with those of rubbers in the sulfur vulcanization system and the peroxide vulcanization system, indicating that peroxide and sulfur had a synergistic enhancement effect on isoprene rubber. With the increase of the mass ratio of peroxide to sulfur, the elasticity of the vulcanizate increased and the compression permanent set decreased. When the mass ratio of peroxide to sulfur was 5/1, the comprehensive performance of the vulcanizate was excellent. After chemical testing, all vulcanizates with different formulas met the requirements of medical materials.
