为解决低温乳聚丁苯橡胶装置在夏季生产过程中公用工程脱盐水温度过高的难题,采用在原装置上增加4台换热器进行改进,通过冷量胶乳走管程、脱盐水走壳程的逆流传热方式,使聚合反应终止后的低温胶乳与脱盐水进行换热,达到降低脱盐水温度的目的,并评价了实施该技术方案的经济效益。结果表明,该冷量利用技术可以有效减少制冷压缩机的能耗、循环水用量和助剂消耗量,达到了平稳控制反应的目的。

In order to solve the problem of high- temperature in the common engineering desalted water during the summer production process of low-temperature styrene-butadiene rubber plant, four heat exchangers were added to the original equipment for improvement. Through the counter current heat transfer method of cold latex passing through the tube side and desalted water passing through the shell side, the low-temperature latex after the polymerization reaction was heat exchanged with desalted water, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the desalted water temperature. The economic benefits of implementing the technical scheme were evaluated. The results showed that the cold energy utilization technology could effectively reduce the energy consumption of the refrigeration compressor, the amount of circulating water and the consumption of additives, and achieve the purpose of stable control of the reaction.
