摘要:
阻燃抑烟性能极大地影响硅橡胶泡沫材料(SiFs)在高性能材料领域的推广和应用,SiFs阻燃抑烟性能的研究已成为近年来的研究热点和难点。基于此,本文综述了金属氢氧化物阻燃剂,硼系阻燃剂,磷、氮系阻燃剂,铂催化剂,微胶囊阻燃剂,陶瓷化阻燃剂等阻燃体系下SiFs的阻燃抑烟研究现状,阐述了相应的阻燃机理,并对SiFs阻燃抑烟研究前景进行了展望。
Abstract:
The flame retardancy and smoke suppression performance of silicone rubber foam (SiFs) greatly affected its promotion and application in the field of high performance materials. Improving the flame retardancy and smoke suppression performance of SiFs had became a hot and difficult topic in recent years. The current research status of flame retardancy and smoke suppression of SiFs in flame retardant systems such as metal hydroxide flame retardants, boron- based flame retardants, phosphorus-and nitrogen-based flame retardants, platinum catalysts, microcapsule flame retardants, and ceramic-based flame retardants had been summarized with 67 references. Besides, the corresponding flame retardancy mechanisms had been expounded. Finally, the future research direction of flame retardancy and smoke suppression of SiFs was presented.
