通过Mandel的实验室间平均值分散性统计量和实验室内方差分散性统计量检验出离群值,采用数据剔除法和升序趋势(AOT)参数替代法对其进行处理,对比分析此2种处理方法对丁腈胶乳中结合丙烯腈含量精密度结果的影响。结果表明,当参加精密度的实验室数量不超过6个时,由AOT参数替代法确定的精密度数值大于数据剔除法,其中丁腈胶乳试样1的重复性和再现性分别高出0.091%和0.157%,丁腈胶乳试样2的重复性和再现性分别高出0.046%和0.359%。

The outliers were tested by Mandel’s dispersion statistics inter-laboratory mean and va-riance in laboratory, and then were precossed by data deletion method and ascending trend(AOT) para-meter replacement method. The effects of two diffe-rent processing mothods on the precision results of bound acrylonitrile content in nitrile latex were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the precision values determined by the AOT parameter replacement method were higher than that of the data deletion method when the number of laboratories was not more than 6. Compared with the latter, the repeatability and reproducibility of the former increased by 0.091% and 0.157%, respectively; the repeatability and reproducibility of the former increased by 0.046% and 0.359%, respectively.
