对经过筛选,通过均匀性和稳定性检验后符合标准物质定值的低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶样品,通过多家实验室联合定值,并对定值结果按照标准物质定值数据处理程序进行了异常数据判断、数据正态分布检验、等精度检验和不确定度评估。结果表明,在显著水平为0.01时,各实验室的低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶门尼黏度标准物质定值数据无可疑值、处于正态分布、等精度,标准物质的标称值ML(1+4)100 ℃为33.5±0.8。该标准物质可普遍用于校准门尼黏度计,为合成橡胶行业的生产控制、产品检验、产品贸易、质量仲裁提供技术支持。

The low cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber material that had been filtrated and passed the homogeneity and stability tests and conformed to requirements for the reference material, was jointly determined the value by several laboratories, and the results of determination were evaluated according to the data processing procedures of fixed value, including abnormal data judgment, data normal distribution test, equal precision test and uncertainty evaluation. The results showed that at a significant level of 0.01, the fixed value data of Mooney viscosity of low cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber reference material in each laboratory had no suspicious value, were in normal distribution, and were of equal accuracy. The nominal value of ML(1+4) 100 ℃ of the refe-rence material was 33.5±0.8. This reference material could be widely used to calibrate Mooney viscometer, providing technical support for production control, product inspection, product trade and quality arbitration in synthetic rubber industry.
