从化学工程角度总结剖析了胶粉改性沥青(CRMA)加工难、性能变异性大和污染物排放等难题产生的根源,分析了胶粉的来源、组成和基本性质,阐述了胶粉在选择、破碎或活化、沥青结合料或混合料加工和回收过程中不断变化的多网络结构与性能之间的关系;从工程角度综述了CRMA混合料的特性及其优化方法;展望了CRMA的发展方向并提出发展建议。

The original bottle-neck of difficulty in processing, inconsistent performances and pollution during processing of crumb rubber modified asphalt (CRMA) were summarized and analyzed from chemical engineering perspective, the source, composition and basic properties of crumb rubber were analysized, the relationship between the perpetually changing multi-networks structure and properties of crumb rubber during selection, breaking or activization, asphalt binder or mixture processing and recycle were elucidated with 69 references. The performance and optimization methods of CRMA mixture were also reviewed from engineering perspective. The development direction of CRMA was prospected and development suggestions were put forward.
